For more than 15 years, GL Housing Development has strived to enhance communities through building and preserving affordable housing. The company has grown throughout the Midwest, encompassing market rate, family, affordable, and senior rental housing projects. Developments and improved projects have included Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Federal & State Historic Tax Credits, and HUD subsidies.

GL Housing Development strives to use it expertise in capital needs and compliance to make housing communities something that all of its partners can be proud of.
